Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information, if applicable.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vixen Labs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Vixen Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
