Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
